Who we are
Acora Asset Management LLC (“Acora Asset Management”, “we”, “us”) is a property-management company based at 1500 E. Bethany Home Rd. #120, Phoenix, AZ 85014. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect the telephone numbers of rental applicants, residents, property owners, vendors and people who inquire about our properties, and the consent they give us to call them and send them text messages.
What we collect
- Your name, telephone number (including a mobile number) and email address.
- The property, unit, application or account your number is associated with.
- A record of your consent: the telephone number, how and when consent was given, and the customer or resident account it belongs to.
- Records of the calls and text messages we exchange with you, such as dates, times and message content, and any request you make to stop receiving them.
How we get your number and your consent
You give us your telephone number, and your consent to be contacted at it, when you provide it during a rental application, leasing, resident onboarding or a property inquiry. You may also provide it, and consent, through the forms on our website or in other direct communications with us. We keep a record of the telephone number and the customer or resident account from which consent was obtained.
Giving us a telephone number so that we can call you does not by itself opt you in to text messages. We send you text messages only if you have separately agreed to receive them at that number, by checking the text-message box on the contact form on our website at acoraam.com/contact-us. The box is unchecked until you check it.
Consent to receive calls or text messages is not a condition of renting a property or of purchasing any goods or services.
How we use it
We call and text you only for legitimate property-management purposes related to your relationship with us:
- responding to your inquiries
- leasing communications
- rental application updates
- maintenance coordination
- account and payment communications
- lease renewal communications
- property notices
- other matters related to your tenancy or the services you requested
We do not sell your telephone number or any other personal information.
Text messages
If you have agreed to receive text messages from Acora Asset Management: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Who we share it with
We share your information only with the service providers that help us run our business and contact you, such as the telephone and messaging provider that carries our calls and texts and the property-management software that holds your account, and only so they can provide those services to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Stopping calls and texts
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive one message confirming that you have been opted out, and no further text messages after that unless you opt in again. You can ask us to stop non-essential calls at any time by telling us on a call, by email to office@acoraam.com or by phone at (602) 638-3300. Opting out does not stop notices we are required to give you by law or under your lease, which may be delivered by other means.
How we protect it and how long we keep it
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. We keep consent records and communication records for as long as we have a relationship with you and afterwards for as long as we need them to meet our legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect telephone numbers or other personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
