They were actually a big improvement over the previous management company. I've been in the same studio apartment for nearly 4 years, 3 of which have been with Acora. The few times my apartment required any maintenance, they had someone show up within a day and complete the necessary repairs. If you pay your rent like clockwork, are respectful of other tenants and aren't drama prone, Acora is an extremely easy company to deal with.

I've been at my property for 2-3 yrs, when Acora Management took over , I was overall pleased with how they did things! their apartments are very nice, and affordable compared to others in downtown Tempe. maintenance is on top of this as soon as we put a request in. I would recommend friends and family to look into one of their properties!

I have lived here since October of 2022 and have really enjoyed my experience. Any maintenance issue is resolved almost immediately and the office team has excellent customer service. The space for the price worked perfectly for me and if I had not bought a home, I would happily stay.

Seriously the best rental property i have rented from. I lived at one of their properties in old town Scottsdale for three years. Throughout my time spent, they were so quick to answer any concerns that came about.

This is hands down the best property management group that I have rented from. The leasing process was simple, the fees for application were fair, and the move in process was smooth. I personally am a property manager and I'm blown away by how these guys run their shop. I had a leak in my kitchen, and the owner of Acora himself showed up to help me and had someone out the same night - keep in mind this was a Saturday at 10 pm. Thanks guys!

Acora Asset Management was easy to deal with while I lived at one of their properties for over 2 years. They were responsive whenever I needed maintenance. I recently moved into an Acora property and so far everything has been great! Bridgette and TJ were super helpful throughout the process of finding my apartment! Upon moving in I had a minor maintenance issue and they immediately responded to my concern. I was able to get someone to fix it within a day! So far everything has gone great with Acora.
