Acora Asset Management focuses on multi-family housing and apartment complexes. Our fee structure is designed to align our interests with Ownership’s. We do not charge fees for items which should be included in normal property management scope of work.

- FREE Maintenance Scheduling & Coordinating – We don’t up-charge you what Vendors charge for repairs, most property managers do.
- FREE Virtual Tours - Acora Asset Management utilizes Matterport technology to create virtual tours of any available spaces. Having these tours is essential to leasing and pre-leasing in the current market environment.
Acora Asset Management’s fees are simple; we only charge a percentage of total income collected. We believe this aligns our interests with an Owner. We want to maximize your income, while minimizing turnover.
