Very happy with the Acora team! Especially Bridgette- I have loved living the past 3 years on the Acora property off Thomas! The property was kept clean, good tenant, and yard and pool taken care of! When anything needed fixed in my apartment, which was rare- it was addressed in less than 24 hours. Everyone was always polite and friendly. Very easy to communicate with and pay rent with their portal. I would stay with them if I wasn't moving. I have and will continue to guide people to one of their properties. THANK YOU ACORA!!!!

They were actually a big improvement over the previous management company. I've been in the same studio apartment for nearly 4 years, 3 of which have been with Acora. The few times my apartment required any maintenance, they had someone show up within a day and complete the necessary repairs. If you pay your rent like clockwork, are respectful of other tenants and aren't drama prone, Acora is an extremely easy company to deal with.

I've been at my property for 2-3 yrs, when Acora Management took over , I was overall pleased with how they did things! their apartments are very nice, and affordable compared to others in downtown Tempe. maintenance is on top of this as soon as we put a request in. I would recommend friends and family to look into one of their properties!

This is hands down the best property management group that I have rented from. The leasing process was simple, the fees for application were fair, and the move in process was smooth. I personally am a property manager and I'm blown away by how these guys run their shop. I had a leak in my kitchen, and the owner of Acora himself showed up to help me and had someone out the same night - keep in mind this was a Saturday at 10 pm. The property is always clean and my apartment is great for my needs. When my lease is up I will be looking to rent with Acora again. Thanks guys!

I love Acora Asset Management!

I lived in an apartment that Acora managed for a year and they were wonderful to work with. Anytime I had a maintenance request it was taken care of in a quick and professional manner. They keep their grounds cared for and looking nice. Not to mention in this expensive renting climate we are in living in Phoenix, Acora offers nice and spacious renting options at a more affordable price! It was a great place to live and I was so thankful to have found an apartment that was managed by people who weren't just out for my money.

Acora is amazing! Their management and maintenance teams are superb, always responding in a timely fashion, fixing issues immediately. Our rent was not raised after our first years lease was up (our last few places raised rent year over year, not sure what's typical). We got our dishwasher and washer/dryer replaced when those quit on us immediately! Every employee we have interacted with have been nothing but helpful and caring. It genuinely feels like the people working here enjoy their job. I highly recommend living in an Acora managed property!
