FREE Property Leasing – We never charge a fee to lease your unit.

FREE Maintenance Scheduling & Coordinating – We don’t up-charge you what Vendors charge for repairs, most property managers do.

FREE Virtual Tours - Acora Asset Management utilizes Matterport technology to create virtual tours of any available spaces. Having these tours is essential to leasing and pre-leasing in the current market environment.

Acora Asset Management’s fees are simple; we only charge a percentage of total income collected. We believe this aligns our interests with an Owner. We want to maximize your income, while minimizing turnover.
